PT-buis<\/span><\/p>\n

De PT-buis wordt gebruikt voor bloedstollingstesten en is toepasbaar op het fibrinolytische systeem (PT, TT, APTT en fibrinogeen, enz.). De mengverhouding is 1 deel citraat op 9 delen bloed.<\/span><\/p>\n

Een nauwkeurige verhouding garandeert de effectiviteit van het testresultaat en voorkomt misdiagnoses. Omdat natriumcitraat zeer toxisch is, wordt het ook gebruikt voor bloedopslag.<\/span><\/p>\n

\nNeem voldoende bloed af om een nauwkeurig testresultaat te garanderen. Een PT-buis met een dubbel dek heeft weinig dode ruimte en kan worden gebruikt voor het controleren van vWF, bloedplaatjesfuncties en heparinetherapie.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
